TBT 2020 Watch Guide

TBT 2020 is our basketball salvation – an oasis of hoops mired within the coronavirus desert. And it starts … now!

The 2020 TBT will be a bit different than past iterations in the face of the pandemic. The single-elimination gauntlet will be played from July 4 to July 14 with 24 teams, a drop from the usual 64 entrants, with all eight quarterfinalists from 2019 accepting invitations, including last year’s champ, Carmen’s Crew. The event will be held at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, with a very limited number of people allowed within the venue and fans excluded.

TBT utilized the Elam Ending, which turns off the game clock after the first dead ball with fewer than four minutes to play. From there, eight points are added to the leading score, creating a target score. The winner is the first team to reach the target score with no timer controlling the game.

Full team rosters can be found here.

But the prize remains the same: $1 million for the team that stands alone at the end.

Here is the schedule and where to watch each game of TBT 2020.
