Muggsy Bogues is one of the most interesting NBA players of all time. Standing at just 5-feet-3-inches, Muggsy Bogues built himself into a basketball legend despite his size. He used his height to his advantage whenever he could, and his handles, passing and defense were incredible to watch, not to mention his scoring ability.
